To assist the Student Affairs Manager to establish good work processes and systems to manage and execute effective Student Affairs functions according to stated Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in (but not limited ) to the following areas:-

1) New Student Applications to Pathlight School

  • Establish good work system to manage and process all new student applications
  • Track and analyse application & admission data and trends for forward planning of student projections

2) Transition Support for Pathlight Graduating/School Leavers

  • Identify needs of students transiting out of Pathlight and provide timely support for parents and students
  • Provide information and options to parents and link them up with appropriate agencies for support
  • Maintain an updated database of alumni for tracking of outcomes

3) Financial Assistance Schemes Management

  • Benchmark school’s financial assistance schemes with industry trends and economic  conditions to ensure relevance of assistance rendered
  • Manage school’s subsidy scheme, including subsidy policy and database management
  • Maintain updated database of relevant sources of external assistance available to parents
  • Make referrals for students to access sources of financial and non-financial assistance in the community

4) Grants Management

  • Work closely with the Finance Manager on the management and reporting of the following grants provided to the School

5) Data Management

  • Collate, manage and analyse data for school planning purposes
  • Report & submit data to funding agencies

6) Any other duties as assigned by the Principal when necessary


  • A Diploma or Degree in any faculty
  • At least three (3) years of relevant working experience in office administration, market analysis and/or data management
  • Good team player and possess good people skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and statistical techniques
  • Resourceful and possess good analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently with a strong eye for details
