Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspection to ensure all facilities, systems and equipment in Pathlight Campuses and its Satellite Partner Schools are in good working condition
  • Update and submit checklists and daily occurrence records
  • Respond and follow-up on enquires and requests on facilities
  • Track and monitor planned preventive maintenance schedule
  • Supervise appointed term contractors and vendors during servicing, maintenance and repair of School facilities, systems and equipment
  • Perform minor hands-on repair, replacement and troubleshooting works
  • Provide support in school-wide emergency drills
  • Provide logistics support and ensure readiness of facilities for School's examinations and events
  • Any other responsibilities as and when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum a NTC – Grade 2 certificate in Engineering disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical and Facilities Operations and Maintenance
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team
  • Desire to learn about Autism and possess the passion to serve the special needs community
