Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage activities pertaining to the effective maintenance and management of the overall health, safety and facility related operation in Pathlight Campuses and its Satellite Partner Schools
  • Manage and liaise with Managing agent, appointed term contractors and vendors in fulfilling their contractual obligations
  • Manage procurement / renewal of term contracts and update the records
  • Manage, respond and follow-up on enquires and requests on facilities
  • Source for quotations to carry out maintenance works, evaluate and submit recommendation for approval
  • Track and update planned preventive maintenance schedule
  • Administer the planning and implementation of additions, routine changes and major modifications works
  • Prepare documentation for processing of payments and claims from vendors / contractors
  • Manage the renewal and compliance of necessary building and facilities permits and inspections
  • Update School safety and emergency SOPs and provide support in school-wide emergency drills
  • Provide logistics support and ensure readiness of facilities for School’s examinations and events
  • Involve in budget planning and control
  • Any other responsibilities as and when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Real Estate / Building / Facilities Management, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing residential and / or commercial properties
  • Candidates with more years of relevant experience can be considered for a senior role
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to carry out tasks with minimal supervision
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and with proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team
  • Desire to learn about Autism and possess the passion to serve the special needs community
